His dream was to live in Australia,he stayed in Belgium. After being an hospital-pharmacist during 25 years, he started a backery together with his son.
His " cuisine " is very surprising with market-fresh products, a lot of imagination, herbs from his own garden,he prepares You excellent dishes. Some of them are publicated in high standard magazines.

As a nurse, she really takes care of You. The rooms are clean,she will make up your bed each day following the standards.She has an eye for each detail.
Her breakfasts are surprising. Jams and home made jellys are served in Vieux Limoges cups,fresh orange juice and even tea heated by a candle. Enjoying an boiled egg is already an experience.

The dinners are heavenly. René followed during years courses of Provencial cooking. Ginette will serve You the only true Bouillabaisse of Marseille, a remarquable Bourride, a Brandade de Morue and other typical and inventif dishes. René will serve You the local wines.
